1. Who We Are

This Wi-Fi service is provided by All City Media Solutions ("ACMS", "we", "us"). By connecting to our Wi-Fi network and submitting the registration form, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. The Service

We provide free Wi-Fi internet access at participating venues. The service is provided as-is, with no guarantee of speed, availability, or uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time.

You must not use the Wi-Fi service to:

• Access, download, or share illegal content
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Attempt to access systems or networks without authorisation
• Send spam or unsolicited commercial communications

3. Data We Collect

When you register for the Wi-Fi service, we collect the following personal information:

• Full name
• Date of birth
• Sex
• Email address
• Postcode
• Date, time, and location of registration

We also collect standard technical data when you use the service, including your device's MAC address and connection activity logs.

4. How We Use Your Data

By ticking the consent box and connecting to our Wi-Fi, you give All City Media Solutions permission to use your personal data for the following purposes:

• Service delivery — to provide and manage your Wi-Fi access
• Marketing communications — to send you emails or messages about offers, promotions, and content we think may interest you
• Audience insights — to understand who uses our network and build anonymised audience profiles
• Online retargeting — to show you relevant advertising across third-party platforms including (but not limited to) Meta, Google, and other digital ad networks, using your email address or device identifiers to match you to audiences on those platforms
• Partner advertising — to share anonymised or aggregated audience data with our advertising partners and clients to demonstrate the reach and profile of our network

5. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Withdraw your marketing consent at any time by emailing us
• Object to your data being used for direct marketing or profiling

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before withdrawal.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for up to 3 years from the date of registration, or until you request deletion, whichever is sooner.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your data with trusted service providers who help us operate the Wi-Fi network and marketing systems (such as email platforms and advertising tools), under strict data processing agreements. We may also share data where required by law.

8. Cookies & Tracking

The Wi-Fi sign-up page uses cookies and similar tracking technologies (including pixels and device identifiers) for the following purposes:

• Service functionality — to ensure the sign-up process works correctly
• Post-visit tracking — to track your activity after you leave the sign-up page, including across other websites and apps, in order to serve you relevant advertising
• Retargeting — to match your details or device to advertising audiences on third-party platforms including Meta, Google, and other digital ad networks, so that relevant ads may be shown to you as you browse the internet
• Analytics — to understand how users interact with our service and improve it over time
